Chester le Street Bowling Club has celebrated it 90th anniversary. Club members old & new gathered to celebrate this occasion.

Members enjoyed a few games followed by a buffet and raffle.

The club was formed in 1934 in the park and was very successful in previous years. However numbers have fallen over recent times as members are getting older and the sport does not attract the younger generation.

We play in leagues on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

The club is always looking for new members, regardless of age or ability.
